2016 Chrysler 300 vs. 2015 Chrysler 300
2016 Chrysler 300 Grows Up, Again
When the Chrysler 300 debuted in 2005 it was an instant hit. The distinct design was popular with the general public as well as celebrities and musicians. It was an important car that helped revive the struggling, and often boring automaker. The most prominent feature of the 300 was the grille. It was big and intimidating. Some in the music business would say, ‘it was gangsta’. It was simply a beast of a car.
Unfortunately, with each redesign the grille got smaller making the 300 less and less appealing. Eventually, the sedan became just another car in need of a refresh that would make it relevant again. After 11 years the 300 finally got its grille back. Despite other exterior enhancements the overall silhouette of the sedan has stayed relatively the same throughout its tenure. Changes to the 2016 model don’t stand out but combined they make a significant difference. The new Chrysler 300 is on its way to becoming relevant again.
