Back in the early 90s a horizontal bar across the grill of the Chevrolet Tahoe was the only thing that set it apart from the GMC Yukon. Victims of badge engineering these practically identical twins shared everything except the emblems above the front license plate. It wasn’t until 2007 that the duo began to develop their own identities after receiving distinct headlights and front fascia.
With the introduction of the fourth generation Tahoe/Yukon pair the siblings can finally call themselves unique. The exterior of the 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe shows little resemblance to the 2014 GMC Yukon. Only a keen eye would be able to tell they’re related.
